Adhistya Christyanto Attorney at Law (ACLAW) is an Indonesian law practice founded and led by Adhistya Christyanto, a senior legal practitioner with more than 20+ years of professional experience advising corporate clients, financial institutions, and individuals on complex and high-value legal matters.
ACLAW represents the strategic evolution and repositioning of the legal practice formerly known as Christyanto, Hutagaol & Partners (CHP Law Firm). Over more than a decade, Mr. Christyanto played a central and defining role in building CHP Law Firm into a reputable and well-recognized legal practice. The firm’s professional track record, market recognition, client base, and awards and achievements earned during that period continue through ACLAW as part of its institutional legacy.
Throughout his career, Mr. Christyanto has been extensively involved in handling and supervising complex legal matters, with particular focus on commercial litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate and commercial matters, taxation, and legal audits. His practice is known for its pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, combining rigorous legal analysis with strong commercial awareness and strategic judgment.
As a key figure behind CHP Law Firm’s development, Mr. Christyanto advised a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, publicly listed companies, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, and private business groups. Adhistya Christyanto is a senior Indonesian legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience advising corporate clients, financial institutions, and individuals on complex and high-value legal matters. He is the Founder of Adhistya Christyanto Attorney at Law (ACLAW), the strategic continuation and repositioning of the practice formerly known as Christyanto, Hutagaol & Partners (CHP Law Firm), which he played a central role in building into a reputable and well-recognized law firm.
Mr. Christyanto has held key roles across leading legal and corporate institutions, including as Head of Legal & Compliance at PT Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk (2012–2015), one of Indonesia’s prominent shipping companies. He previously practiced as an Senior Associate Lawyer at Hotman Paris & Partners (2008–2012),
a leading litigation firm specializing in commercial disputes, bankruptcy, and PKPU, and at Jusuf Indradewa & Partners (2005–2008), a highly regarded firm focused on capital market transactions. Since establishing CHP Law Firm, he has advised a range of high-profile corporate clients.
Through ACLAW, he continues to provide hands-on, partner-led legal services with a strong emphasis on clarity, accountability, risk management, and client objectives, grounded in integrity and long-term professional relationships.
